Additional Info: The Galloping Goose Regional Trail passes through
Roche Cove and Matheson Lake Regional Parks. There is a short 300
metre walk to the lake, and a trail system that encircles the lake.
Fishing is primarily from shore, although the lake is suitable for
light boats and float tubes.
