Better still, select your favourite and cut it yourself. U-Cut at Jingle Bell Tree Farm has Christmas trees that you choose and then you cut. Saws are provided by the farm and trees are baled. And to add to the festivities, come and visit the petting zoo of farm animals including Clydesdale Horses and the goats from Beacon Hill Park. Complimentary hot chocolate and coffee will be provided. There is something for the whole family to enjoy. We recommend that you make a morning or an afternoon of it!
Christmas tree varieties include Balsam Fir, Blue Spruce, Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, Grand Fir, Noble Fir, Norway Spruce and Scotch Pine.

Happy Holidays!
Unfriendly welcome and a literal “do it yourself” attitude. Luckily my kids are young and didn’t pick up on the lacklustre vibe. Poor selection of trees considering the cost of $45.
Glad there’s plenty of competition because we definitely won’t be going back next year.
They do offer cut trees, and the do-it-yourself element is what makes their service such an attraction for many. When you arrive, you pick up a hand saw and a cart, and set off to find the tree that you like, then cut it down and haul it back to your vehicle on the cart. A lot of folks consider that to be fun, and perhaps even therapeutic. It is also a choice to do it that way.
Because the trees are so fresh, they last so much longer than the store-bought tree that was harvested week before you buy it. This way you can have your tree standing in water within half an hour, so it continues taking in water right through the Christmas period, and the needles therefore don’t die and drop off.
Unfriendly welcome and ‘sorry we’ve closed early today’. A total waste of time.
